Using the site and services
- Order for yourself, your family, your business — not to resell our prices as your own storefront.
- No fake orders, no payment fraud. Sending a doctored Mobile Money screenshot as "proof" of payment is fraud, and we report it.
- No scraping, bulk-copying or republishing of the catalogue and prices.
- Keep your account details to yourself; you're responsible for orders placed with them.
People
- Our staff and riders help anyone who walks in. Abuse them and you lose delivery first, then the account.
- Age-restricted goods (fireworks) are for adults only. Buying them for minors ends the relationship.
Safety
- Gas cylinders: don't tamper with seals or refill cylinders anywhere but a licensed depot. Faulty seal? Bring it straight back.
- Fireworks are seasonal, sold in store only, and carried at your own responsibility once they leave the door.
We can suspend accounts or decline orders that break these rules. Anything unclear, ask first — the answer is usually yes.
